Historic Royal Palaces is presenting a range of updates for group visitors across 2024.
The Orangery at Kensington Palace, now re-opened to visitors, was once a party house for Queen Anne. Groups can experience this unique building and its displays, including intricate carvings, while enjoying afternoon tea, or relax outside in the newly created terrace. Groups are also reminded they can visit the Untold Lives exhibition at Kensington Palace, inclusive of entry price, taking place until 27 October – find out more here.
New for 2024, groups to Hampton Court Palace, once the home of Henry VIII, can experience the Queen Charlotte Afternoon Tea picnic box, inspired by the hit Netflix show, Bridgerton. Meanwhile, visitors to the Tower of London will meet five ‘Trailblazer’ women who made their mark on the Towers’ past, in an exhibition running from 1 July to 1 September. For Halloween, fourteen ghosts of historic events will be returning to the iconic palace from 26 October to 3 November, and at Christmas, the Tower will be adorned with themed decorations.
