SIX WAYS TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR CTA MEMBERSHIP

We are keen to help CTA members get the most out of their investment of time and money in the organisation. Here are a few pointers to help you on your way to optimise the networking benefits

1. Attend networking events

This is really a must! Our series of networking events are the lifeblood of the organisation and simply the best B2B opportunities in the coach tourism business. There is no substitute for face-to-face communications as a way of building lasting and mutually profitable business relationships. Our networking events include the CTA Conference & Workshop which includes a speed networking Workshop of one-to-one appointments between Operators and Suppliers. There are also other CTA events held throughout the year, including gatherings at industry trade shows. See the latest CTA events programme here.

2. Display the CTA brand

The CTA logo is a valuable endorsement of your company’s commitment to quality and service and your close involvement in the coach tourism sector, and as a member you are entitled to use it on all your communications including website, social media, brochures and leaflets. Just contact us if you need a copy of the logo artwork.

3. Fam trips

CTA organises invaluable Fam trips targeted at coach operators which deliver a busy educational schedule of visits, workshops and appointments that help uncover new ideas and offers in a particular region. We also host Fam trips at all our main networking events which are open to all members and help keep everyone informed about the latest developments. See the latest CTA Fam trips here.

4. Use our digital communications

The CTA Bulletin and website provide an invaluable resource for members with the very latest news from all our members, giving you the inside track and advance notice of new offers and products. Supplier Members have a listing on the CTA website which can now include images and video links. And operator members get a free listing on our consumer-facing website welovecoaches.com. The Bulletin and website are also the perfect places to promote yourself and there are dedicated links for members to submit your latest news direct to the bulletin editor, and to share news and initiatives on CTA’s social media on Facebook and LinkedIn pages. (These are not automatic uploads and your news updates will be reviewed by our editor before publication.)

All members gets a FREE listing in the Handbook – if you need to update any of your details from the last edition, please contact Member Services. And there are also opportunities to take out an advertisement or Enhanced Listing in the Handbook.

6. Connect with other members

One of the key membership benefits is FREE access to the personalised CTA membership list giving you direct access to coach operator owners, product managers and tour wholesalers. Our membership data has all been through a thorough GDPR process and enables you to contact members directly on coach tourism issues, obviously subject to your own GDPR procedures.
