Dedicated to coach tour operators and wholesalers attending as Buyers.
The pre-event programme includes a one-night stay at the modern four-star Moxy London Excel, on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis.

Independent FAM Visits – Central London
Delegates can choose from a selection of individual FAM visits to participating CTA attractions across Central London. Full details of the participating attractions and arrangements are available on the dedicated FAM page.
09:00 – Complimentary coach transfer for Buyers staying at the Moxy London Excel to the Imperial War Museum London (IWM).
10:00–17:00 – Independent FAM visits.

Luggage arrangements: Delegates arriving by train into Central London will be able to leave their luggage at a secure coach location. Further details will be confirmed.
17:00 – Complimentary coach transfer from Central London to the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.
19:30 – Dinner at The Gallery Restaurant at the Hilton.

FAM Programme – Windsor and Hampton Court Palace
09:00 – Depart from the Hilton by coach for Windsor. On arrival, delegates will make their way through the town on a guided walk.
09:50–12:00 – Visit to Windsor Castle, sponsored by Royal Collection Trust.
12:00–12:45 – Lunch at Macdonald Windsor Hotel.
13:00 – Depart from Windsor coach park for Hampton Court Palace. Delegates joining the afternoon FAM visit only can meet the group at Windsor coach park (Alma Road, Windsor, SL4 3HY).
14:15–16:45 – Guided tour of Hampton Court Palace, sponsored by Historic Royal Palaces.
16:45 – Walk to Hampton Court Station.
17:00 – Depart by coach for the Hilton.
Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner
19:00 – Complimentary drinks reception, sponsored by Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.
20:00–22:00 – Welcome speeches, followed by the networking gala dinner in the Gallery Room at the Hilton, with entertainment generously sponsored by Made.
22:00 – End of dinner.
Monday 8 February 2027
CTA Annual Workshop – B2B Meetings
08:00–09:00 – Arrival and registration of CTA members in the Gallery Room at the Hilton.
09:30–13:00 – First session of pre-arranged B2B appointment meetings.
13:00–14:00 – Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
14:00–16:00 – B2B appointment meetings resume.
16:00 – End of the Annual Workshop.
Networking Reception
16:00–17:30 – Sparkling wine reception, with wines kindly supplied by Belvoir Castle Wine Estate.
17:30 and 18:00 – Complimentary coach transfers to London Heathrow Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3 for delegates departing that day.
Evening
17:00–19:00 – Free time for delegates staying overnight.
19:00 – Dinner at The Gallery Restaurant, Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.
Evening – Free time.

Departure – Delegates travelling by their own transport depart at their leisure.
