CTA ANNUAL WORKSHOP 2027

Bookings are now open for the CTA Annual Workshop 2027, taking place in the Greater London area from 5–9 February 2027.

The CTA’s flagship event brings coach tour operators, wholesalers and tourism suppliers together for a dedicated day of pre-arranged B2B meetings, complemented by familiarisation visits, networking and social events. The main programme will be hosted at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

What’s included

The Annual Workshop combines business networking and pre-arranged B2B meetings with visits to some of the region’s best-known attractions, complemented by informal networking opportunities throughout the event.

Main programme | Sunday 7–Monday 8 February

Sunday FAM programme (all delegates)

Discover the region’s royal heritage with visits to Windsor Castle and Hampton Court Palace, including lunch at the Palace. The day concludes with an evening gala dinner, with entertainment generously sponsored by Made, providing a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow delegates.

Monday Annual Workshop

A full day of pre-arranged B2B meetings brings coach tour operators, wholesalers and tourism suppliers together to strengthen business relationships, and explore new opportunities. Delegates can round off the day with a sparkling wine reception, with thanks to Belvoir Castle Wine Estate for generously providing the wine.

Optional Saturday FAM visits | All delegates

Delegates arriving early can choose from a selection of individual FAM visits to attractions around Central London. Further details are available on the dedicated FAM page.

Pre-event FAM | Buyers only | Friday 5 February

Buyer members can take advantage of a special pre-event experience, including a one-night stay at the Moxy London Excel, with dinner included. On Saturday, buyers can also take part in individual FAM visits in Central London, with a coach transfer provided into central London in the morning.

The final deadline for event registration is 28 December 2026. No new registrations will be accepted after this date, as the B2B Workshop appointment schedule will be finalised. Any subsequent amendments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they do not affect the appointment schedule.
