CTA member and insurance provider Towergate Travel has renamed as Everywhen. Providing insurance to coach operators of all scales, policies range from one commercial vehicle to a fleet, and services include a range of insurance types.

Insurance can be provided for passengers, drivers, and business, with bespoke options available. Everywhen offers coach and bus insurance for private hire firms, single vehicle operators, contract work, express and stage carriages, overseas travel, and charities and groups.

Coach insurance can include public liability, product liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, tour operators’ liability, and professional liability. The company also offers medical expenses and emergency assistance, and windscreen cover.

Everywhen is supported by dedicated account handlers with specialist coach insurance knowledge. Services include risk identification and reviews, insurance programme audits and design, bespoke claims management service, and health and safety consultancy.
