Cornwall Council has advised that Fairmantle Coach Park in Truro will be closed to coach operators from 5pm on Friday 20 February 2026 until Monday 23 March 2026.

For coach drop off and pick up during this period, the council suggests using the bus stops on St Clement Street, which are not currently in use. The council says the stops have good sized pull in areas and provide passengers with easy access to the city, and add that coach operators are free to make alternative arrangements.

The Tregurra Park & Ride site remains available all year round to coach operators for layover purposes. Drivers are welcome to use the building facilities and the park & ride service at no cost to access the city.

The temporary closure of Fairmantle Coach Park to coach operators will take place to allow use by local bus services while essential works are carried out at Truro Bus Station.
