Hambleton District Council is Herriot Country Tourism’s ‘home’ district as its base is at the World of James Herriot in Thirsk. The district has approved a business development grant to help the World of James Herriot to develop its marketing plans including attendance at the forthcoming Excursions Show at Twickenham. The attraction is working together with the Hambleton Tourism Forum and dovetailing Herriot Country Marketing activities with the district’s #DiscoverHambleton campaign.
