CTA is very sad to report that Janet Scutt of Viewfinder Tours died on Saturday 23 March 2024 after a short illness.  Janet’s husband Michael says that her passing was very quick and unexpected as she had been diagnosed with an aggressive lung cancer only on 1 March and had been having chemotherapy.

Michael Scutt says: “We were married for 37 years and ran our first coach tour in 1991, forming Viewfinder Tours in 1995 and travelling on all the tours looking after our passengers.”

Janet and Michael have been active CTA members and regulars at events for many years, most recently attending the Winter Networking in Exeter.

Janet will be much missed by friends and colleagues across the industry.
