The Castle of Brecon Hotel, part of the Coaching Inn Group, has been fully restored inside and out as part of a £3m refurbishment for the Brecon landmark.

The hotel is located within the remains of the original Brecon Castle and offers 42 guest bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, and social spaces, which blend modern comfort with centuries of character.

Every bedroom has been individually styled, with Classic, Superior, or Deluxe options, and rooms are named after local landmarks.

The hotel’s refreshed restaurant and bar provide a setting for up to 100 diners, and includes a menu that celebrates Welsh ingredients and regional flavours, modernising classic recipes using local produce. Meanwhile, two new suites provide flexible options for private dining for up to 50 guests.
