Complimentary transfer | A complimentary coach transfer from Moxy London Excel will be available on Saturday 6 February at 09:00. Delegates will be able to leave their luggage on the coach during the day’s visits.

Driving & parking | The hotel is conveniently located near Junction 14 of the M25 and the M4. On-site self-parking is available at £18 per day, and electric vehicle charging stations are also available.

A shuttle service (H5H) operates from Heathrow Terminal 5 (bus stops 17 and 18) to Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5, dropping passengers directly outside the hotel.

Both services depart from Heathrow Terminal 5 and stop at the B&B Hotel Heathrow. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes.

From the B&B Hotel Heathrow, the Hilton is approximately a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles) along Poyle Road. Please note that this is not the most pleasant walking route, but it is manageable.

Please note that the Windsor Castle visit will start at 09:50, and the coach will depart Windsor at 13:00.

COMPLIMENTARY COACH TRANSFERS FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT & CENTRAL LONDON

CTA is organising complimentary coach transfers in partnership with Jason Edwards Coaches.

SATURDAY 6 FEBRUARY

• A coach will be parked in central London (exact location TBC) from 10:00 to 17:00, allowing delegates to drop off their luggage and take advantage of the individual FAM visits in Central London.
• 17:00 | Complimentary coach transfer from Central London to Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

SUNDAY 7 FEBRUARY

• 08:30 | Pick-up from London Heathrow Terminals to Windsor Castle.
• 11:15 | Pick-up from London Heathrow Terminals to Windsor for lunch at the Macdonald Windsor Hotel, followed by the visit to Hampton Court Palace.

MONDAY 8 FEBRUARY

• 17:30 | Transfer from Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 to London Heathrow Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
