THE B2B WORKSHOP

Following the success of the 2026 Workshop, the 2027 edition will take place on Monday 8 February, from 09:00 to 16:00, at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

The day will conclude with a sparkling wine reception, with wines kindly supplied by Belvoir Castle Wine Estate.

Workshop format

The Workshop consists of a full day of pre-arranged, one-to-one B2B meetings between CTA Buyer and Supplier members.

Each Buyer delegate (coach tour operators and wholesaler members attending in a buying capacity) is allocated a dedicated table. Supplier members are then assigned a series of individual 10-minute appointments with Buyers throughout the day. The format allows Suppliers to meet a number of Buyers in a series of short, scheduled meetings.

Appointment preferences

Before the event, both Buyers and Suppliers will be invited to submit their preferred meeting choices. These preferences are used to prepare the appointment schedule.

With well over 1,200 appointments expected during the Workshop, it may not be possible to accommodate every request. Every effort is made to take delegates’ preferences into account when preparing the final schedule.

Registration deadline

Delegates will be invited to submit their appointment preferences at the beginning of January.

The final deadline for registrations for the B2B Workshop is 28 December 2026.

Please note that no new registrations or changes affecting the appointment schedule will be accepted after this date, as the schedule will be finalised. Minor administrative corrections may still be considered.
