The following delegate packages are available for the CTA Annual Workshop. All fees are quoted per person and are subject to VAT.
Early Bird rates are available until 27 November. Standard rates apply from 28 November.
Package A – Four nights | Friday–Tuesday AM
Available to Buyer delegates only.
Accommodation included:
- One night (Friday) at Moxy London Excel Hotel.
- Three nights (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, the main event hotel.
Also includes: Familiarisation trips, lunches, receptions, dinners and the B2B Workshop.

Package H – Monday Day Delegate
For delegates attending the B2B Workshop on Monday only.
Includes: Lunch and access to the B2B Workshop

Suppliers: £375 + VAT per person
Who qualifies for Buyer delegate rates?
Buyer rates are available to delegates who represent organisations purchasing tourism products and services and who will have a dedicated Buyer table at the Meet the Buyer B2B Workshop, holding pre-arranged meetings with Supplier delegates.
This includes:
- Coach Tour Operator members of the CTA.
- Wholesaler members – Buyer representatives only. This applies to delegates taking a Buyer table at the Workshop. Other wholesaler representatives attending as suppliers, and circulating for appointments with Buyers, must register at the Supplier rate.
