Hotel management company Valor Hospitality has announced the opening of three new UK hotels in early 2025, suitable for coach tour groups.

The new-build voco Zeal Exeter opens in February 2025 and will be IHG’s first net-zero carbon hotel. The voco Zeal features 142 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar showcasing local produce, a mini gym, gardens and meeting space.

The premium 4-star hotel offers a stay for environmentally-conscious travellers. Valor says the hotel’s cutting-edge solar panel technology ensures the site generates more electricity than it consumes.

The hotel is ready to take group enquiries now for 2025 and beyond, with rates starting from as little as £40 BB pp or £60 DBB pp – contact Info@vczealexeter.com with your enquiries.

Meanwhile, Dunluce Lodge in Portrush will open in February 2025 with 35 suites. Situated alongside the fourth fairway at Royal Portrush Golf Club, Valor affirms that Dunluce Lodge is the region’s only 5-star resort. For enquiries, e-mail sales@dunlucelodge.com or visit www.dunlucelodge.com.

The third in the trio, Seaton House in St Andrews is situated near the first tee at the Old Course where it’s said the first ever game of golf was played 600 years ago. Seaton House will open in February 2025 with 42 bedrooms offering 5-star luxury hospitality in the heart of historic St Andrews, with views across
West Sands Beach. For enquiries visit www.seatonhouse.com or e-mail hello@seatonhouse.com.

Valor Hospitality also partners with Stratford-upon-Avon’s Crowne Plaza hotel, the host venue of the CTA Conference 2025, February 9-11, and is the sponsor of the event’s pre-dinner reception.
