Tourism Ireland has compiled a guide of 10 attractions, covering landscapes, cities, history, and heritage, that are all ready for coach groups.
The McKeever family orchard farm presents the history of apple growing in County Armagh, showing how they craft apple juices, ciders, and vinegar on-site. Combined with tastings of their craft ciders and apple juice, visitors can also learn the art of making traditional Irish soda bread.
At the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum, discover how this small Irish town became a glamorous gateway to the world. This family-run, 400-acre working farm, provides visitors with an insight into traditional sheep farming. Guests can participate in gathering sheep, feeding lambs in spring, and even shearing during the summer months, while a highlight of the visit is the sheepdog demonstration.
