Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall in Stratford-upon-Avon is offering CTA members special group rates from 31 October 2024 to 31 March 2025.

At the attraction, groups can explore the room where William Shakespeare sat in the 1570s for his years in education, while the authentic experience for all ages brings to life a fascinating chapter in history.

During the offer period, the adult price of £13.50 is being reduced to £10.80, concessions (over 60s and students) reduced from £12.00 to £9.60, and children reduced from £8.00 to £6.40. Tour Managers, guides, and drivers receive complimentary admittance with a group of 10-plus. The dates exclude the Christmas break, between Saturday 21 December and Sunday 5 January, and cover groups between 10 and 45 people.

A visit includes a guide, a film by Michael Wood, a presentation of the fifteenth century wall paintings, a session with Magister Tomas Jenkins, Shakespeare’s last Schoolmaster, and a chance to write with a real swan’s feather quill as the Bard would have done. The adventurous can also dress up and pose for photographs.
