Johnsons Coach Travel has been actively surveying its customers to find out their responses to the re-starting of tours and excursions, having published a new set of operating procedures to account for new Covid safety measures. John Johnson is happy for other members to see the results in case it helps them in their planning process.

John points out that the Survey Monkey system is easy and quick to do and encourages others to do a similar exercise with their customers

The responses to the latest survey have led the company to try to run excursions from 1 August, but not start holidays until September.
