CTA hotel member Cairn Group has launched a new ‘Coach with Confidence’ programme to provide operators with reassurance that group stays will take place in a safe and healthy environment with the strictest hygiene procedures.

The ‘Coach with Confidence’ programme follows all advice from the government and WHO and includes a range of new cleaning procedures, social distancing measures and enhanced staff training to make sure all groups are safe and, of course, made very welcome.
