Clients have to to use Accor’s Leasure Online (LOL) to receive the extra Benefits of ReGroup.

As LOL is an online tool – you can access it 24×7. Within a few clicks, you can see the hotel’s room rates (guaranteed lowest group net rates) & availability for your ad-hoc leisure group requests. You will also have the possibility to place an option straight away.
