The World of Wedgwood, the tourist attraction that celebrates the work of the world-famed manufacturer of china and ceramic tableware and artistic items, has joined the CTA. The Stoke-on-Trent attraction is keen to welcome coach groups and can offer bespoke itineraries.
Now with seven-day opening, 10am-5pm, groups can join a tour of the Wedgwood Factory for a behind-the-scenes experience that reveals how Wedgwood is designed, created and crafted. A visit also includes the V&A Wedgwood Collection galleries, where groups can discover the history of the company’s founder, Josiah Wedgwood I, as well as the ceramic wares, designs, and patterns produced from the 18th century to the present day.
The attraction also offers hands-on creative experiences, dining, and luxury shopping. Located close to the M6, World of Wedgwood offers free coach parking, as well as pick up and drop off points, with group rates for 12-plus and free tour entry for the group leader. A visit could also be combined with attractions in nearby Trentham Gardens. Find out more here: www.worldofwedgwood.com/content/organised-groups
