This summer at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre, groups are welcomed to watch Shakespeare with a twist, alongside classic productions from other noted playwrights.
Summer in the Globe Theatre begins in the dangerous world of the American West with an exciting new production of Romeo and Juliet. As a Globe first, Arthur Miller’s The Crucible also premieres in the iconic wooden ‘O’ for a limited run.
Visitors will also be transported to raucous Elizabethan England for a performance of The Merry Wives of Windsor, as well as Twelfth Night, plus the rarely performed cynical satire, Troilus and Cressida.
