CTA operators and wholesalers are invited by VisitFlanders to a fully-hosted trip to the Flanders Travel Forum in Bruges from 25-28 September 2022. It’s a great opportunity for those wanting to reacquaint themselves with the region and get to know the city of Bruges again. It includes pre- and post-tours, and the main workshop supplier day with 1-2-1 appointments.

Sunday 25 September:
AM: Arrivals + optional pre-tour of Ghent/OR come out earlier to experience Limburg cycling & the National Parc Hoge Kempen (tour starts at 8.30am for the cycling option, so earlier arrival required!)
PM: from 18.30 ‘Kookeet’ gastronomic event www.kookeet.be (seated dinner with Bruges star chef’s).
Monday 26 September:
AM: All day tours in Bruges & its surrounds – choose from one of 4 tour options:
1.Heritage Bruges/2.Cycling Bruges to Damme/3.Culinary/4.Nature ZWIN Natuur Park | & return by bike
PM: 18.30-19.15 choose 1.lay-down piano concert experience or 2. Polyphonic concert
19.30 dinner and get together in the ‘Godelieve’ Abbey.
Tuesday 27 September:
AM: 08.45-17.00 : Flanders Travel Forum Workshop with local suppliers at the new Bruges Meeting Convention Centre. 5 different presentations will also run throughout the day.
PM: from 19.00 Dinner and after party in ‘La Brugeoise’
Wednesday 28 September:
Choose between 5 tour options and then depart home:
1.Antwerp Heritage inc KMSKA, Handelsbeurs and new 5* hotel inspection
2.Antwerp Culinary inc De Koninck Brewery, PAKT, Handelsbeurs and new 5* hotel inspection
3.Mechelen Heritage & Culinary tour, inc art nouveau Winter Garden of the Ursuline Nuns
4.Vlaams Brabant 30km cycle & culinary tour
5.WW1 key sites inc @4-5km new Western Front Way walking tour with option to extend overnight in Ypres to attend the Last Post and permit additional product and accommodation visits on Thursday 29 Sept.
