Discover Scotland: Reconnect 2022 will replace the longstanding annual VisitScotland Expo with a format designed to mitigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and build on the success of Scotland Reconnect 2020 and 2021.
The three-day Discover Scotland: Reconnect 2022 virtual event on 5-7 April, will provide an ideal platform to explore new business opportunities and reconnect with up to 300 Scottish exhibitors through a combination of pre-scheduled and ad-hoc appointments.
Buyer registrations will open in November, so please let VisitScotland know if you plan to attend.
Meanwhile, CTA’s contact at VisitScotland has changed with Lauren Hogg moving into an exciting new European role at the organisation, while Craig Blue joins as our new trade contact. Craig Blue studied marketing at the University of West of Scotland and joins VisitScotland’s European (Core) and UK market team.
For the past four years, Craig has been living in Toronto, Canada where he worked for the University of Toronto Press as a digital marketing coordinator. Craig will be based in Fife, near St Andrews, and will be looking after relationships within the UK travel trade, as well as supporting the development of golf across EU and UK markets.
