Edinburgh attraction Forth Boat Tours has introduced a new Three Bridges Cruise & Lunch ticket that is exclusive to the travel trade. Group visitors can relax onboard a 90-minute sightseeing cruise of this UNESCO World Heritage site and listen to the guided commentary on board while they enjoy a four-course buffet to include a choice of sweet and tea/coffee.
Visitors can take in the spectacular views of the Three Bridges, the beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline, the island of Inchcolm with its medieval abbey, and the marine wildlife including seals and puffins.
The cruise is perfect as a pre-Tattoo event with departure times and dates to suit. And it can also be a lovely early evening cruise to tie in with the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Minimum numbers are 20 passengers.
Alastair Baird, Sales & Marketing Manager, Forth Boat Tours commented: “We are always looking to add value to our travel trade products and to offer our clients something unique. The new ticket adds to our other joint tickets with Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway and The Falkirk Wheel.
“The Three Bridges Cruise & Lunch solves the lunch stop and is also the perfect accompaniment to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. It fills the void between the late afternoon when the attractions and retail in Edinburgh are closing and dinner and what to do before the Tattoo. We already have a number of bookings for 2022 and enquiries for 2023.”
