Lighthouse Hotel Management is a new CTA member that manages eight hotels, including several city-centre locations ideal for groups.

Included in the portfolio is the Halyard at Ropewalks Liverpool, Vignette Collection, a 132-bedroom hotel that opened in March 2024. The hotel features a restaurant and bar, plus a gym. Also in the same Liverpool area of Ropewalks and opening last year, the Holiday Inn Express Liverpool features 125 bedrooms.

A new upscale Marriott hotel for central Manchester, The Reach at Piccadilly is in the heart of the city, next to the calm of the Rochdale Canal.  It’s a 215-bedroom hotel that opened in July 2024, including a restaurant and easy access to Manchester’s main attractions.

Completed in November 2017, the Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West is a new-build hotel adjacent to Oriam, Scotland’s National Performance Centre for Sport. It’s a modern 160-bedroom hotel with a contemporary restaurant and bar, and a top floor event space with views of the city. Also in Scotland, the Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport hotel is located in the capital of the Scottish Highlands. Completed in March 2020, the hotel features 130 bedrooms.

Operated under franchise from IHG, Lighthouse also runs the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge West, plus several international hotels. As the operational arm of Molo Hotel Group, Lighthouse is also managing the pre-opening phases of four new build hotels that are currently under construction.
