On behalf of members of The Coach Tourism Association we would like to express our deep sadness at the death of Her Majesty The Queen who passed away at the age of 96. 

Most of us will only have known The Queen as monarch, and her 70-year reign was marked by an extraordinary devotion to her task as head of state. Her service to the nation and concern for people across the world has drawn great admiration and respect. In all the changes we have seen over the past decades, her sense of duty and decency has been a constant, and her presence a reassurance.

Our thoughts go out to members of the Royal Family who knew her as a cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She will be greatly missed.
