Great business networking, fabulous fam trips and the chance to all meet up again – plans finalised for CTA Workshop & Conference 2022 in Liverpool 6-8 February

The CTA team has been preparing the ground for the Workshop & Conference 2022 which takes place in Liverpool on 6-8 Feb. Thanks to the amazing enthusiasm and support of our Liverpool members, we have a fantastic itinerary planned.

The event runs from Sunday lunchtime through to Tuesday morning.  We have some excellent Fam trips kicking off on Sunday lunchtime with a visit to Strawberry Field including lunch, then a trip to Liverpool FC (subject to fixtures). Later on we have a real treat with a reception at British Music Experience, followed by dinner in the stunning setting of The Beatles Story which will include an exclusive performance for CTA members from a very well known local band (our lips are sealed!).

The ever-popular one-to-one CTA Workshop takes place on the Monday morning, starting at 9am sharp, and is followed by a Conference session with speakers including: Simon Calder; Julie Wakley, Tourism Ireland; Patricia Yates, Visit Britain; and Kurt Janson, Tourism  Alliance.

In the evening, we have a special Liverpool Showcase with small stands from all our CTA members in the Liverpool region and including some special entertainment, followed by a networking dinner.

On Tuesday, we have a special cruise courtesy of Mersey Ferries at 10am, and then there is a chance for you to catch up with any of the other attractions and venues you haven’t had a chance to see.

It’s simply the best business networking opportunity for the coach tourism sector. You really can’t afford to miss it!

If you have already registered, we will be contacting you shortly with details of the Workshop and Fam trips.
