Bookings are now open for our flagship event for 2020, the Conference & Workshop which takes place on 23-25 February at the Doubletree Hilton York.

We have a fantastic location, right on the edge of the city walls, and are planning our best Conference yet with a range of topical speakers alongside the ever-popular Workshop with speed-dating style appointments.

The Conference sessions will include a special focus on Continental Coach Touring as this is an area that has been challenging for some operators in recent years, but also offers great opportunities to enrich your holiday programme. We aim to provide a great mix of inspiring presentations alongside practical advice and suggestions about how to put Continental Coach Tours back at the heart of your programme.

Operators will also get a chance to discuss the ins and outs of operating Coaches in London and other cities with a strong eye on forthcoming Clean Air Zones. We will take the opportunity to develop a strong case for the coach as a solution to congestion and air pollution in our cities and support efforts to prevent unfair rules being imposed on operators without sufficient warning and time to adapt.

Our hosts Doubletree Hilton are working with us to present our best-ever Conference & Workshop and the event will also include a Fam trip around the highlights of York which is of course accessible right outside the hotel. And there will be a special showcase of new product offerings from CTA Suppliers and a workshop with Yorkshire attractions.

16.00 – Check-in opens at hotel (Earlier arrivals can leave luggage)

18.30 – Pre-dinner drinks reception

19.30 – Yorkshire Themed Dinner (smart casual, or Viking if you prefer)

Monday 24 February

14.00 – Conference session  – Continental Coach Tours

16.00 – Conference session  – Coach operations in the 2020s

11.00 – Conference session – Coaching in London and Heritage Cities
