Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels has revealed plans for a significant investment at its flagship property in Perthshire. The multi-million-pound project at Crieff Hydro includes a new day-to-night bar, refurbished dining areas, and the introduction of a stylish speakeasy bar.

The hotel is also set to unveil new innovative menus alongside a cocktail experience, a carefully curated whisky menu, and a new champagne offering.

Work on the renovations began in early January, with the new areas expected to be unveiled to the public during spring 2025.

Co-owner of the hotel, Charlie Leckie, said: “This investment marks a key milestone in the 156-year journey of Crieff Hydro. It is the most significant investment project we’ve undertaken in the last 20 years and one we’ve been planning for quite some time.”
