Our next CTA event will be our Summer Networking which takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Elstree on 23-24 July 2023. We are very grateful for sponsorship of the event from Visit Herts and CTA Partner member VisitScotland.
The event starts with a Fam trip to CTA member Hatfield House and includes a light lunch, followed by a tour of the house and then afternoon tea and cake. The Fam will leave the hotel at 12.30pm sharp – please see note below re travel for direct link to Hatfield station if you are arriving by train. The coach is being supplied by Three Star Coaches.
On Sunday evening, we will have a reception which will feature some local attractions, followed by a networking dinner.
On Monday morning, we will have presentations on zero emission coaches, involving the latest updates on the vehicles and also the implications for hotels, venues and attractions. After a break, there will be another informal Supplier Showcase which will have suppliers at tables and buyers circulating (similar to the ones had at recent events). The event closes with a light lunch and departures.

Buyers – Operator and Wholesaler members – £125pp +VAT (single occ); £90pp +VAT (double occupancy)

Travel:
Nearest station to hotel:
Elstree and Borehamwood (Trains from Luton and London St Pancras). Take a taxi to hotel, approximately two miles.
Alternative rail option:
There are direct trains to Hatfield station. If you are attending the Fam visit, you can travel by rail to Hatfield to join the group and return with the coach. (The pedestrian entrance to Hatfield Park is opposite Hatfield railway station. Fast train from Kings Cross to Hatfield takes 20 minutes.)
Free car parking is available at the hotel – enter car registration number at reception. (There is also parking at Hatfield House if you are travelling from the north and wish to go straight there to meet the Fam.)
