The CTA Consumer Survey is now live with all members of the organisation encouraged to take part. The survey will help members gain a closer understanding of the market and what drives bookings.

Operators, wholesalers and suppliers can participate. CTA members only need to send a single e-mail to their customer database, inviting them to take a simple 10-minute survey.

Once you’ve received your unique survey link and cover email, please forward it to your customer database as soon as possible. The sooner the survey reaches your customers, the sooner we can start gathering responses.

The results of the survey will deliver insights to improve future business. There’s also the opportunity for survey entrants to win a £50 voucher.

This landmark study is the most extensive market research the CTA has undertaken for 10 years and will provide participating members with a free survey report and market benchmark.
