New CTA member Oceana Hotel Group operates six hotels in Bournemouth, offering coach tour operators a choice of accommodation across the town centre, East Cliff and Alum Chine.

The collection includes the four-star Cumberland and Hermitage Hotels, alongside The Suncliff, Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa, The Trouville and The Riviera Hotel & Holiday Apartments.

The hotels provide access to Bournemouth’s seafront, beaches and town centre, with the surrounding Dorset area offering opportunities for coastal excursions and day trips.

The group has established facilities for coach tours, with a dedicated group booking coordinator to assist operators from initial enquiry through to arrival. Coach parking is available and the hotels collectively provide around 400 bedrooms in Bournemouth.

Dining options include hotel restaurants serving breakfast, dinner and set menus, alongside bars and cafés. The Cumberland is home to the two-rosette Ventana Grand Café, while The Hermitage has Hardy’s Restaurant. Other venues include The Overcliff Pub at The Suncliff and the Italian Café at Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa.

The Oceana collection in Bournemouth shares facilities across the group, creating a resort-style experience for guests with leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, mini gym, squash courts and the Oceana Day Spa. The group also offers themed breaks throughout the year, including its Turkey & Tinsel programme, as well as evening entertainment at selected hotels.

The six properties provide different options for operators planning seaside breaks, touring holidays and themed group stays, with the choice of location and facilities allowing itineraries to be tailored to passengers’ interests.
