CTA member Castlebridge Hospitality has taken on the management of Courtyard by Marriott Keele, Staffordshire, a 150-room hotel located close to Keele University and Science and Innovation Park.

Adding the hotel to its portfolio since the start of 2026, the Courtyard by Marriott Keele is surrounded by countryside but is just minutes away from Stoke-On-Trent and easily accessible from the M6.

The local area offers attractions including Alton Towers Theme Park and the gardens at the Trentham Estate, plus the Monkey Forrest wildlife attraction. The hotel includes an onsite restaurant and a coffee shop, plus a fitness centre, while all rooms feature complimentary WIFI and rainfall shower rooms.

Castlebridge also manages several further hotels ideally suited to coach groups, with locations including Bath, Chester, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Winchester, as well as the Holiday Inn Express Campo de Gibraltar – Barrios hotel.

The Hotel Indigo in Stratford-upon-Avon is a Grade II listed building complete with a fitness centre, comprising 93 rooms plus 32 bedrooms with an onsite restaurant. Nearby, the Hotel Indigo Coventry, opened in January 2024, also includes a fitness centre and comprises 101 bedrooms with 16 twins.

The Hotel Indigo Bath is a Grade I listed building with 154 bedrooms, 26 of which are twins, and the hotel also features a fitness centre onsite. The Hotel Indigo Chester boasts balcony bedrooms, with 75 rooms in total, 20 of which are twins. Meanwhile, the VOCO Winchester Hotel & Spa includes 131 bedrooms with 30 twins included, plus on-site coach parking.
