Edinburgh Zoo has appointed the city’s Heritage Portfolio, a Sodexo Live! brand, as its new catering and hospitality partner.

The zoo says the new partnership will celebrate Scottish ingredients, support local producers, and enhance the visitor’ experience. The food and beverage plan is built around conservation, community, and engagement, with priorities focussing on improving quality and consistency across the site. Menus will be refreshed with seasonal produce in collaboration with local suppliers.
