The Maison des Landes accessible hotel in Jersey is welcoming groups, combining the atmosphere of a modern hotel with the latest facilities for people with disabilities, and their carers.
Set in tranquil grounds overlooking Jersey’s National Park, the hotel includes a restaurant and a daily schedule of activities. Maison des Landes comprises 15 ground-floor rooms, all fully accessible with wheelchair access, ceiling track hoists, and profiling beds.
The accessible en-suite wet rooms feature specialist equipment to aid the use of the accessible showers and toilets. The hotel features wide corridors and step-free access across all communal areas, while the on-site hydrotherapy pool includes a ramp and hoist.
Maison des Landes says that for travel companies, the hotel ensures that every guest, regardless of mobility, can enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
The in-house restaurant serves breakfasts, light lunches, and evening meals that showcase local produce, while group bookings can be tailored with special menus, dietary requirements, or themed evenings.
The hotel also provides spacious communal areas, including lounges, gardens, and activity rooms, ideal for group use, whether hosting evening entertainment, workshops, or encouraging guests to relax.
Maison des Landes is promoted by Channel Islands coach tour group services provider Destination Specialists. To find out more, groups should contact Margaret Devoy at margaret@dsljersey.je.
