Tenby’s Imperial Hotel has reopened after a refurbishment by Crest Hotels Group. The Grade II-listed hotel features redesigned rooms with views of South Beach, a new dining experience, and modern amenities.
The hotel currently has 52 rooms while work on a new spa and additional family rooms will start this winter.
Since acquiring the hotel in 2024, Crest Hotels has undertaken a restoration aiming to reflect the building’s 19th-century heritage, developed within Tenby’s ancient town walls, while introducing contemporary comforts.
The renovation spans all guest rooms, as well as upgrades to the bar, restaurant, and the hotel’s iconic façade. All rooms feature luxurious Sleepeezee beds, Hansgrohe power showers, high-speed internet, and air conditioning.
The new restaurant offers a comprehensive menu with Welsh produce, from small plates to three-course meals, along with local ales, craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails.
