Over recent weeks Historic Royal Palaces has successfully opened some of its sites and welcomed positive reviews from visitors enjoying the palaces in a safe and secure environment once again.

The organisation has now confirmed its plans to travel trade partners and group organisers, giving them the confidence and enabling them to include palace visits in their future itineraries to London and the UK.

HRP’s B2B booking portal for Agency Voucher Scheme members will be open on 3 August for bookings and visits, and it will also open for group bookings on the website from this date.

All visitors must have a booking with a timed admission and each member of the party must arrive with pre-printed tickets or on mobile device.  HRP will no longer be accepting third party vouchers.

Groups and parties must adhere to social distancing guidelines when waiting, entering and visiting the palaces.

More details on the measures that have been taken to ensure the safety of visitors and staff can be found on the Keeping you Safe pages on the website.

Opening days and times have been altered and will be subject to change going forward, for details please visit the website. Any other questions please email groupsandtravel@hrp.org.uk

For partners and customers keen to start offering tours and excursions for next year, HRP will be updating admission prices for its agency voucher scheme clients and publishing group prices by the end of August. It is also planning the postponed exhibition at Kensington Palace, Life through a royal lens, and the inaugural Tulip Festival at Hampton Court Palace for next spring. More details to follow.
