The main conference hotel is the  Hilton Newcastle Gateshead which overlooks the Tyne Bridge and is less than a mile from Gateshead metro station and eight minutes from the A1 motorway. The Quayside area is a short walk away, home to nightlife hotspots, Sunday markets, and art exhibitions. Utilita Arena and St James’ Park are within two miles. Enjoy our indoor pool with a sauna and steam room, and our restaurant with river views.

UPDATE 18/12/23: Our allocation at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead is almost full, so we may have to offer late bookers alternative accommodation.

Parking

On-site parking is available on a first-come first-served basis at a fee of £15 per day.

Sunday 28 Jan dinner

The reception and dinner on Sunday will be at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. The reception starts at 7pm and will include a Local Attractions Showcase, and will be followed by dinner at 8pm. During the reception and dinner, there will be close-up magic performed by renowned local magician Paul Lytton, and our after-dinner speaker will be TV presenter Brendan Sheerin.  (Dress code for dinner is smart casual.)
