Understanding Your Customers: Why Take Part in the CTA Consumer Survey?

CTA is launching a new industry-wide consumer survey designed to give members a better understanding of today’s UK coach tourism customer.

The research will explore the buying intentions, preferences and behaviours of UK coach holiday and day-trip customers, providing valuable insights into what drives bookings, spending and customer loyalty.

Why should you take part?

In this 45-minute webinar, Roy Barker from SPIKE Insight, who has been commissioned by CTA to deliver the research, will explain how the survey works, how CTA members can participate and, importantly, what you will get from taking part.

Every participating CTA member will receive a free report benchmarking their own customers’ responses against the overall survey results, giving you valuable insight into how your customers compare with the wider market.

The webinar will also provide an opportunity to ask Roy any questions you may have about the survey and the participation process.

What will the webinar cover?

The session will cover:

  • Who can take part? – Find out which CTA members can participate and how the survey applies to your business.
  • How to take part – A simple explanation of the process and what you need to do.
  • The timeline – Key dates and what to expect over the coming months.
  • What will the survey tell us? – An overview of the areas the research will explore and the insights it is designed to provide.
  • Your report – Find out what participating members will receive and how your results will be benchmarked against the overall survey findings.
  • Q&A – An opportunity to put your questions directly to the Spike Marketing team.
