Welcome to Wales – Croeso i Gymru
Visit Wales is the Welsh Government’s tourism team. Visit Wales offers product ideas, itineraries, contacts and images. Wales is a green, scenic country that is easy to tour around and is anything but flat! Two languages are spoken – English and Welsh (the oldest living language in Europe) and all signs are bilingual so it feels very different. There is over 870 miles of splendid coastline, three National Parks, five Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, over 600 castles and seven sites with UNESCO World Heritage Status and numerous historic cities, towns and villages to explore. The Wales Way, is a family of three national scenic touring routes – The Cambrian Way, The North Wales Way and The Coastal Way .
