Exigen Group has advised that it has been instructed to assist with the proposed Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation of Saren Travel Limited.

The insolvency practice says the wholesaler has ceased to trade and is unable to fulfil any of its outstanding orders. Exigen reports that Saren Travel entered liquidation on 2 July.

The update follows CTA correspondence to members last month when the situation first emerged.

Exigen says that once the liquidation process has formally commenced, the relevant statutory notices and reports will be issued to the creditors of the company.
