The British Tourism and Travel Show 2025 at the NEC, 19-20 March, received a high number of visitors including many CTA members, with CTA also hosting a stand at the exhibition.

Many show attendees attended the drinks reception co-hosted by the CTA and the event organisers at the end of the show’s opening day. Thanks to those who came along, it was great to welcome members and non-members, and to talk about membership benefits with prospective sign-ups to the CTA.

On Thursday 20 March, BTTS also hosted the Keynote Presentation Winning new customers to coach holidays. Facilitated by CTA member and industry commentator Stuart Render, the session saw Graham Hopcraft of DFDS, Jason Edwards of Jason Edwards Travel, and Louise Fitzpatrick of Albatross Travel give their view on how to attract new customers to coach tourism, including the younger market.
