CONFERENCE FAM TRIPS

Please note, all Fam trips must be pre-booked.

Sat 8 February

For buyer delegates who are arriving on the Saturday, there is an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary visit to the National Trust’s Charlecote Park.

The opening times are shown below. Please note that last admission is 3pm on Saturday:

Parkland & Gardens – 9am-4pm

Service Courtyard – 9am- 4pm

Servants Hall Shop – 10:30am- 4pm

Café – 9:30-4pm

Sun 9 February

On Sunday morning, there is a Fam trip for Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Shakespeare’s houses. The coach leaves the hotel at 09.30 and will return for a light lunch back at the Crowne Plaza for those attending this Fam.

If you arrive Sunday morning after the coach departs at 09.30, there is an opportunity to visit Shakespeare’s Schoolroom between 11.00 and 12.15. (You will need to make your own way there, it is a short walk from the hotel.)

In the afternoon there is a Fam to Shakespeare Distillery – this is now unfortunately Full. However, there is an option to visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace in the afternoon – last entrance is 15.30 and it closes at 16.00.  You will need to make your own way there (10 min walk).

Tue 11 February

On Tuesday morning, there is a Fam trip to St Mary’s Guildhall, Coventry including an orientation tour of the cathedral quarter. The trip will include a complimentary cream tea, courtesy of St Mary’s Guildhall.
