CTA encourages members to book by 21 December for the remaining rooms available for the CTA Conference & Workshop 2024.

The majority of places for the 2024 event, which will be based at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, 28-30 January 2024, have now been booked.

Speakers confirmed for the event include Brendan Sheerin, star of Channel 4’s Coach Trip series, who will appear on Sunday. Lyndsey Turner Swift, Deputy England Director at VisitEngland will speak on Monday at the Conference. Blue Badge Guide Alan Appleton leads the event’s Fam trips.

The weekend will include the CTA Meet the Buyer Workshop, the UK coach tourism industry’s biggest opportunity for networking. The event will also include hot topic discussions in the Conference event, as well as Fam trips, a local supplier mini showcase, and the opportunity for further networking at receptions and dinners. There are also places still available on the DFDS Fam trip to Amsterdam which follows the conference, departing from Newcastle on the Tuesday evening.
