Saturday 9 May – Pre-Event Fam Trip & Arrival

Optional self-guided visits (own transport) – for delegates driving to Cardiff :

• Tredegar House (National Trust), Pencarn Way, Newport, NP10 8YW
  Last entry to the House: 3:45pm
• Caerphilly Castle (Cadw), CF83 1JD
  Closes at 5:00pm

Suggested visits for delegates arriving by train or car (no prior booking required):

• National Museum Cardiff, Cathay Park, CF10 3NP
  Closes at 5:00pm
• Cardiff Museum, The Old Library, The Hayes, St Davids Centre, CF10  1BH
  Closes at 4:00pm

Hotel Arrival:

• Delegates arrive at Majestic Hotel Cardiff (formerly Radisson Blu)
• 19:30-20:30 Dinner at Majestic Hotel Cardiff

Sunday 10 May – Fam Visits & Networking Reception and Dinner

Morning – Cardiff Fam Visit (for early arrivals)

• 09:30 Depart Majestic Hotel Cardiff and walk to Cardiff Castle
  Guided tour of the Castle
• 11:30 Walk back to the hotel via the historic arcades

Afternoon – Coach Fam Trip

• 12:45 Arrive at Majestic Hotel by 12:45 – drop off bags and check in later
• 13:00 Depart hotel with guide Steve Griffin
• 13:30-15:15 Royal Mint Experience, Llantrisant – Buffet lunch and guided tour
• 15:15 Depart for Hensol Castle Visit– Gin tasting experience and tour
• 16:40 Depart Hensol Castle.  Travel back through Cardiff Bay – Tour from coach or some by foot

Evening – Drinks & Dinner at Majestic Hotel Cardiff

• 18:00 Arrive back at hotel – free time and check-in
• 19:00 Drinks reception hosted by the Majestic Hotel Cardiff with local supplier informal showcase
• 20:00 Welcome speeches and dinner

Monday 9 February – Supplier Showcase & AGM

• 09:00 Supplier Showcase at Majestic Hotel Cardiff (Suppliers can access the room from 8:00)
• 10:30 Coffee break
• 11:00 AGM
• 11:45 Early Light lunch at Majestic Hotel restaurant
• 13:00 Delegates depart
