12.30 – Fam trip coaches depart from Europa Hotel to Hillsborough Castle. Coach will do a mini-tour of Belfast first with a guide onboard, before heading to Hillsborough. Fam includes lunch and a private tour of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.

15.00 – Check-in opens at Europa Hotel

17.00 – Fam trip coaches return to Europa Hotel

19.00 – Pre-dinner Reception and Networking Dinner at Europa Hotel. (Dress: smart casual). Raffle to be held following dinner, compered by Colin Fawcus, DFDS, in aid of a local foodbank charity.

09.00 – CTA ‘Meet the Buyer’ Workshop – One-to-One meetings for Suppliers, Operators and Wholesalers at Europa Hotel. Rolling tea and coffee break. 12.30 – Networking lunch 14.00 – CTA Conference session – Europa Hotel – Speakers include Simon Calder and Niall Gibbons, Tourism Ireland CEO 16.00 Conference ends

16.45 – Black cab tour of Belfast option en route to Titanic Centre for Operator members (pre-booked)

17.30 – Coach transfer for delegates from Europa Hotel to Titanic Centre. (Arrival and departure via West Gate)

18.00 – Arrival at Titanic Centre. Groups of 25–30 guests taken into the galleries for tailored experience which lasts approximately 30 minutes per group. Exit on Level 4 taking scenic lift to events floor

18.45 – Northern Ireland Exhibitor Showcase and Drinks Reception

19.45 – Guests called to be seated

20.00 – Dinner plus Irish dance, entertainment. (Dress: smart casual)

22.00 – Entertainment

23.15 – First coach transfer for return to Europa Hotel
