Dedicated to coach tour operators and wholesalers acting as buyers.

Saturday 7 February

Special Buyers’ Fam trips to either Causeway Coast or Mid Ulster organised by Tourism Northern Ireland

09:00-18.00 Fam trip and return to the Maldron Hotel.

18:45 Dinner at Stitch & Weave

CTA Main Event for All Members

Saturday 7 February

Arrival of new delegates in Derry/Londonderry.  Stay at the Ebrington Hotel or the Everglades Hotel

 19:00-20:00 Dinner at your hotel.

 

Sunday 8 February

13:00 Lunch in Derry at a traditional Irish pub, followed by afternoon walking tour FAM trip.

14:00-17:00 Guided walking tour of the Derry/Londonderry Walls

17:00 Walking tour ends at the Ebrington hotel.

17:00-18:45 Free time.

Shuttle transfer available for delegates staying at Everglades hotel.

19:00 Drinks reception in the Guildhall, Derry

20:00 Dinner followed by Irish Entertainment

22:30 Walk back to the Ebrington Hotel or take the shuttle transfer for delegates staying at the Everglades Hotel

 

Monday 9 February

CTA Workshop at Everglades Hotel

08:00-09:00 Arrival of CTA Members by coach or taxi.

09:30-12:30 CTA buyer workshop appointment meetings at the Everglades Hotel

12:30-14:00 Lunch in the Everglades hotel restaurant.

14:00 CTA buyer workshop continues.

16:00 End of the workshop.

16:00–17:00 Shuttle from the Everglades Hotel to the Ebrington Hotel.

16:00 18:30 free time

18:30 Shuttle from the Everglades Hotel to the Walled City Brewery.

18:55 Walk to the Walled City Brewery for delegates staying at the Ebrington Hotel.

19:00 Welcome drinks and distillery tour.

20:00-22:00 Informal dinner at the Walled City Brewery.

Optional after-dinner live Irish music and cash bar at a local venue.

22:00 Walk back to the Ebrington Hotel or take the shuttle transfer back to Everglades Hotel.

Tuesday 10 February

Delegates with own transport depart at leisure

Bensons Travel return coach journey with Irish Ferries for pre-booked buyer delegates.
